Booking and Deposit
When making an online booking for any massage service, a £10 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is part of your total treatment cost and will be deducted from the final payment due at your session.
Cancellation Terms
- Cancellations with 24+ hours’ notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and provide at least 24 hours’ notice, your £10 deposit will be refunded in full. Please note that refunds typically take 3-7 business days to process and appear in your account, depending on your banking provider.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice): If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or fail to attend your appointment (no-show), your £10 deposit will be retained as compensation for the reserved time slot and potential loss of other client bookings.
