a. Appointments can be scheduled by contacting me directly via phone/email or website online booking system here.
b. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Read our Cancellation Policy here.
a. It is important to provide accurate and complete health and medical information during the initial intake process. This information will be used to tailor the sports massage therapy sessions to your specific needs and ensure your safety.
b. Please inform me of any changes to your health status or medical conditions that may affect your eligibility for sports massage therapy.
a. Your consent is vital before each sports massage therapy session. You have the right to ask questions, voice concerns, and provide feedback throughout the process.
b. Effective communication regarding your comfort level, pain threshold, and any modifications required during the session is encouraged.
a. Sports massage therapy is a professional therapeutic service. Mutual respect and appropriate conduct are expected at all times.
b. Any behavior that is deemed inappropriate, disrespectful, or sexually suggestive will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the session.
c. Clients will be properly draped at all times, with only the area being worked on exposed. The therapist will adjust draping as necessary to maintain modesty and warmth. At no time will inappropriate exposure be permitted.
a. Your privacy and confidentiality are of utmost importance. Your personal and health information will be kept strictly confidential in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
b. No information will be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except in cases where disclosure is required by law.
a. Payment is due at the time of the session, unless prior arrangements have been made.
b. Accepted forms of payment are cash, Bank transfer, Apple Pay, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover & Diners Club, UnionPay.
c. Detailed information regarding fees, including any additional charges or discounts, will be discussed with you prior to the start of the sessions.
